Seaton is located between the ancient harbour of Axmouth and the white cliffs of Beer. Its mile long beach, which is part of the Jurassic Coast, opens onto the waters of Lyme Bay. The town itself has many small shops, a local hospital, doctors' surgeries, primary school, banks and building societies. Seaton is a popular resort for holiday makers, and boasts a wealth of activities including golf, tennis, bowls and sailing. There are good secondary schools nearby along with the renowned Colyton Grammar School, which is just 3 miles inland. The County town of Exeter, with its regional airport, is some twenty miles to the west, and the mainline rail link to London (Waterloo) is at Axminster, approximately seven miles distant.
An attractive and popular East Devon seaside resort with a good size resident population which is increasing rapidly with many new developments planned and currently under construction.
The town attracts many tourists and day visitors throughout the year. It is located on the world famous Jurrassic Coast, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. A new Jurrassic Coast visitor centre has opened which will further boost visitor numbers.
There is the unique Electric Tram Railway which operates from its Terminus nearby traveling through the Axe valley bird sanctuary and wetlands to the historic inland town of Colyton.
The famous Beer Caves and Pecorama railway and visitor centre are closeby in the fishing village of Beer.

This brick built, 2 bedroom detached bungalow was built in the 1980's and is situated at the top of a shared private driveway with three further properties which is off a quiet cul-de-sac. It is located in close proximity to the hourly 'hail and stop' bus route to the town centre and sea front.
The bungalow has a detached garage and parking and is well presented throughout. The 'L' shaped entrance hall leads to all rooms and has two cupboards, one which is shelved and houses the factory lagged hot water cylinder. The Living/Dining Room is a good size with a gas, log effect fireplace and sliding patio doors which open up to the conservatory. The conservatory has double glazed windows all around a sloping glazed roof, and a french door which overlooks and opens up to the rear garden.
There are two double bedrooms, one which overlooks the rear garden with distant views toward the countryside. The main bedroom has a number of fitted matching wardrobes which incorporates a dressing table and cupboards.
The property benefits from full gas fired central heating, double glazing and must be viewed internally to be fully appreciated.
A driveway with parking for two vehicles leads to the Detached Garage.
There is a gravelled garden area to the front of the property with a raised flower and shrub border. External water tap.
The rear garden is laid out for ease of maintenance. Immediately adjacent to the conservatory is a patio area which leads to a paved pathway to the garage. The garden is mainly gravelled with flower and shrub beds and borders with fenced and brick walls to boundaries and a pedestrian gate to front.
