Property for sale in Manchester 'proves popular'

Property for sale in Manchester is proving a hit
with consumers at present, a firm has suggested.
House builder Bardsley Construction revealed it has sold £2
million worth of new homes in two weeks, marking a return to more
prosperous times.
Chairman of the organisation Wayne Bardsley said that while there
are still reports of some problems in the market, his business has
not been busier in years.
He remarked: "When combined with our recent unparalleled successes
in securing contracting projects, selling £2 million worth of
property in a fortnight makes it feel like boom time again."
All the of the homes sold were based on three of its sites, in
Worsley, Dukinfield Golf Club and King Edward Court II.
Earlier this week, Easier reported that Redrow Homes is about to
begin a project in the Moston and Harpurhey areas of Manchester
that will lead to the creation of new homes.
